Receiving an Email Invitation
- You will receive an email invitation to create a Frontline ID account.
- Select Create a Frontline ID within the invitation email. This selection takes you to a login page where you must create new login credentials.
- Your new username must contain 1 alphabet character and at least 4 total characters. The password must have 1 alphabet character, 1 number or special character, and 8 total characters.
- Include an email address for password recovery and click Create Frontline ID once you are finished.

Using Process View
The purpose of the Process View is to provide administrators with access to all of the users and functions that they need to manage and complete educator evaluations.
The top half of the Process View provides a list and evaluation status of all of the users in a administrator's caseload. This list is defined by assigned evaluation rights. To access an end-user's forms select their row in the list and their components and forms will appear at the bottom of the page.

Using Detail View
The purpose of the Detail View screen is to provide administrators with a comprehensive list of all of the elements (forms) and users for which they have evaluation rights.

Using Admin View (provides the number of forms)
The Admin View provides a breakdown of all forms by status for an administrator for all of the users in their caseload. It provides the number of forms: Not Scheduled, Proposed, In Progress, Awaiting Acknowledgement, Awaiting Finalization, and Complete.

Graphic Pie Chart: The pie chart at the top of the Admin View provides a graphical representation of the number and percentage of forms by status< (Not Scheduled, Proposed, In Progress, Awaiting Acknowledgement, Awaiting Finalization, and Complete). Mouse over each section of the pie graphic to reveal the number and percentage of forms by status. Click on each status in the key to remove that status from the view. Click the status again to add it back to the pie graphic.
